Cancellation policies

If there is not a booking cancellation agreement with proof, the following cancellation policies are valid:

From 1st Jan to 30th Jun and from 1st Sept to 31st Dec

- Free booking cancellation up to 3 days before arrival at the hotel.
- Cancellation fee apply with debit of the first night of your stay if you cancel your booking after the terms above

From 1st Jul to 31st Aug

- Free booking cancellation up to 7 days before arrival at the hotel.
- Cancellation fee apply with debit of the first night of your stay if you cancel your booking after the terms above
