Our swimming pools are high level and well-equipped facilities, suitable for practing sport, attending specific courses or just enjoying very pleasant relaxing.

Courses in water aerobics, water gym and water bike: lessons taught by qualified instructors, exercises to improve cardiovascular capacity, resistance, toning, and muscle elasticity.

Swimming courses for children, youths, and adults, swimming school twice a week for learning swiming techniques

Free swimming, to recover the pleasure of healthy physical fitness, choosing among diverse and convenient schedules

Water rehabilitation and prenatal exercise

Please note: the swimming pool and gym are available from Monday to Saturday.

The swimming pool and the gym will be closed from december the 23th to january  2012 the 6th and from april the 5th to april the 9th .
